With our instant food kits,cooking this traditional surthi kadhi has just become quickrer.It is a mixture og gram dal flour,jaggery,sugar,refined sunflower oil,whole spcies,ghee,curry leaves,bay leaves,salt and dried vegetables that treats your tongue with sweet and tangy surthi kadhi.
How to make
Open pack and add 40gm. (approx.) of the content in a boiling pan and approx. 300 ml (3 tea cups) of butter milk and mix it properly for 1 serve or add whole pack in approx. 1.75 liter of butter milk for 4 serves as needed.
Cook for 8 to 10 minutes (approx.) on medium flame with occasional stirrings and serve hot.
Store the remaining pack in a air tight container to retain freshness.
