With our instant food kits,cooking this traditional surthi kadhi has just become quickrer.It is a mixture og gram dal flour,jaggery,sugar,refined sunflower oil,whole spcies,ghee,curry leaves,bay leaves,salt and dried vegetables that treats your tongue with sweet and tangy surthi kadhi.
How to make
Open pack and add 150gm. (approx.) of the content in a boiling pan and approx. 1100 ml 11 tea cups) of buttermilk and mix it properly for 4 serves.
Cook for 8 to 10 minutes (approx.) on medium flame with occasional stirrings and serve hot.
Store the remaining pack in a air tight container to retain freshness.
